About

Helena has been your local (North East London), mobile personal trainer since 2020 and is dedicated to supporting your health, wellbeing and fitness journey, with care, understanding, compassion and lots of enthusiasm! 

Not everyone wants to exercise in a busy gym. We can still provide you with the relevant tools, guidance and coaching support, to ensure that you exercise safely, progressively and enjoyably! Choose between the ease and privacy of your own home, a fully-equipped studio, or join others within a warm and friendly class setting; there is something to suit everyone.

No gym memberships needed, just a commitment to yourself!

Personal training that is tailored to you, your body's needs and your goals you have for yourself. I am here to help you on that journey, teach you how you can move safely (and creatively!) at home, with or without weights!

A semi-private studio that gives you the benefit of a gym, but quieter and with fewer distractions! A place for you to progress your training with expert coaching and supervision Opt for a mix of both even! At-home and studio based training is definitely an option and preferred by many

Post-natal exercise classes for you (and your non-crawling babies). These classes bring me so much joy! Designed to give you some moments of calm, combined with feel-good vibes! Structured breathwork, gentle and safe movement, as well as focussed core rehabilitation work

Meet Helena

In 2019 I transitioned from the corporate world, to a lifestyle that not only prioritised my own health and fitness, but allowed me to support others on their journey too. I am a caring and compassionate coach, dedicated to supporting every client, at every stage of life.

 

I'll teach you how to train in a functional way that will build strength, mobility and make everyday tasks feel simpler - movement doesn't have to be complicated, but I can make it fun!

Think, picking up your growing children, carrying heavy shopping, lifting luggage onto planes and running after a bus...

Whilst I will encourage movement at every opportunity, I will also guide you with nutrition and help you to make healthier habits, as well listen, support and offer advice where I'm able to do so, throughout the more challenging periods of life, that require comfort, understanding and nurturing x​
